Selina joined NRL Rail in 2014 as an Administration Assistant and, through her dedication, expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional service, has progressed through the business to become Operations Coordinator and now Operations Manager. Today, Selina oversees the day-to-day delivery of our rail operations, working closely with clients, site teams and management to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Her extensive knowledge of the business, combined with a practical, solutions-focused approach, enables her to drive operational excellence while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Selina’s journey through the organisation reflects her passion for the rail industry and embodies NRL Rail’s commitment to developing talent from within.
